Before reserving, bring your dates, preferences and questions together. Beeza Clubhouse is in Manjoor/Kothanalloor, near Ettumanoor. Explore our local accommodation guide for an introduction to the property, then use this checklist to prepare your room enquiry.

Gather the details that matter for your stay

Write down your arrival and departure dates, the number of rooms you are considering, and how many adults and children will be travelling. If your dates are flexible, say which alternatives would work.

Include your expected arrival time and any arrangement that matters to your decision. This might be a particular sleeping arrangement, assistance with access, or rooms close together. Treat these as requests to confirm, rather than arrangements that can be assumed.

If members of your group arrive or leave on different days, explain that clearly. It is easier to assess a reply when everyone’s dates are set out from the beginning.

Use room photographs to identify questions

Browse the room photographs and options, and note which category interests you. Photographs can help you decide what to ask, but check that the arrangement you need applies to the room being offered for your dates.

If a feature shown in a photograph is important to you, refer to that image in your enquiry and ask the team to confirm it. Likewise, ask about the required sleeping arrangements instead of relying on a room name alone.

There is no need to choose a category before contacting the team if you are unsure. Explain your requirements and ask which available option might suit them.

Check what the quoted tariff covers

When you receive a reply, make sure it relates to your full stay and the guest numbers you supplied. Useful points to clarify include:

  • Whether the amount is per room, per night or for the complete stay.
  • Whether taxes and any additional charges are included.
  • Which meals, services or facility access are included, if any.
  • Whether requested arrangements carry an additional charge.
  • The check-in and check-out arrangements.
  • Any payment, cancellation or date-change conditions that would apply.

If you are comparing options, compare the complete arrangements as well as the quoted amount.

Send one clear room enquiry

For Beeza, use the room-availability enquiry page to prepare a WhatsApp message. Review it before sending. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a reservation; wait for the team’s reply and explicit confirmation of the agreed arrangements.

If you prefer to contact the team directly, you can use a short message like this:

Hello, we are considering a stay from [arrival date] to [departure date] for [number of adults and children]. We would like [number of rooms] and are interested in [room preference, if any].

Our expected arrival time is [time]. Please let us know the available options, total tariff, what is included and the arrangements for confirming a reservation. We would also like to check [essential requirement].

If your plans change while the conversation is ongoing, update the same conversation so the latest dates and requirements are clear.

Keep the final arrangements together

Before travelling, check that the confirmation reflects the dates, room option, guest numbers and tariff you agreed. Keep any confirmed special arrangements and applicable conditions with it.

Use the address and map on Beeza’s contact page to plan your arrival. Share the agreed details with the other people travelling with you, especially if someone else made the enquiry.

A short, specific conversation before departure can leave fewer questions to resolve when you arrive.
